Kèr Zèkwakej (/ˈzɛkwa/ /keʤ/ [silence] [soft; gentle]) is a subtropical Town located in the Síhvqulu Region of the Tetbur Commune.

The name Kèr Zèkwakej is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Zèkwakej was founded by Whudmuik Shankland Edwardd, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Kèr Zèkwakej has a yearly average temperature of 31°C (87°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 35°C (95°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 27°C (80°F). Overview

Kèr Zèkwakej was founded durring the late 12th century in winter of the year 1056, by Whudmuik Shankland Edwardd. The establishment of Kèr Zèkwakej was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Whudmuik Shankland Edwardd struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Kèr Zèkwakej as a prison colony.

Kèr Zèkwakej was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Zèkwakej is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Kèr Zèkwakej is buildings are located arround a single crampt packed earth mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's frontieer-style defences have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

Kèr Zèkwakej has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Kèr Zèkwakej’s streets.

It may be an explicit theocracy, with rule by the clerics of a particular faith, or a temple might be so important and powerful that the official leaders are helpless to resist its will.
